The Educational Deputy is considered one of the core pillars of the School, and a major part of student-related processes is carried out in direct interaction with this office.

Assigned Duties

• Organizing and holding meetings of the Educational Council, engaging with academic departments, and facilitating collective decision-making to advance the strategic goals of the School of Dentistry, while supervising the implementation of council resolutions.
  
• Supervising all educational processes, including student registration, course selection, and related academic procedures.
• Maintaining communication with the University’s Graduate Studies Office, the Educational Deputy of the University, and the Educational Development Center (EDC).
• Collaborating in and overseeing the accreditation processes of the School of Dentistry.
• Continuous collaboration and supervision over the implementation of systematic evaluation frameworks within the School of Dentistry.
• Monitoring the performance of the Student Evaluation Committee and ensuring the proper administration of examinations in accordance with regulations.
• Planning and supervising the implementation of the Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) educational program.
• Planning and overseeing the activities of the Educational Development Office and the Tabib (Tabeeb) Academic Management System.
• Planning and monitoring the activities of faculty advisors and ensuring quality academic advising.
• Supervising the performance of faculty members and monitoring the Sa’ad (Saad) faculty activity management system.
• Establishing and supervising the Education and Curriculum Planning Committee and monitoring its performance.
