The university administration wishes to inform all international students regarding the policy on withdrawal requests for those currently on academic probation. This matter was discussed during the University Council meeting held on Nov. 04, 2025.

It has been decided that withdrawal requests from non-Iranian probationary students will not be accepted during the period from the first mid-term examination to the conclusion of the final end-of-semester examination. Requests for withdrawal will be considered only after the final examination and the subsequent registration of grades.

Students who exceed the permissible limits of academic probation will face expulsion from the university. However, if the probationary status is within acceptable limits, the withdrawal request will be granted.
